What an elevation chart tells a buyer.
Orientation
Which stacks face north-south, and which take the afternoon west sun.
Outlook
Whether a stack looks into a facing block, over the town plaza or out across the estate.
Floor premium
The price step between storeys, and where the premium jumps at a view breakpoint.
Podium levels
Which low floors sit against the retail podium, carpark or facility deck.
Lift cores
Units next to lift shafts, refuse chutes and M&E risers.
Stack continuity
Which stacks run the full height and which stop at a setback level.
What the tender conditions already tell us.
Although the elevations are unannounced, the HDB conditions of tender fix the envelope the architects are working within — the site area, the gross plot ratio and the minimum floor areas for the residential, retail and bus interchange components. Those figures are set out on the Hougang Central GLS page and in the project details.
